it's been a while......

Haven't had much to say or show. Spent Black Friday in NYC. Went to the Met to see the Robert Frank exhibit. Afterwards was hoping to spend some time walking around and photographing faces but felt blind after viewing the "Americans". If you haven't seen this exhibit yet...get there before it closes on the 2nd of January. I may need another go-through myself. Looking at the contact sheets was the best thing for me! Oh, I wish I had my loupe!

I was hoping to visit MOMA but by the time I got there the line was out the door so I decided to catch the next train home.

Here's just a few from the Dutchess County Fair today.

We were hoping to get in early but so did everyone from

Dutchess, Putnam and Ulster counties along with

a few stragglers from Connecticut and New Jersey.

After 2 hours moving 3 miles, we finally found parking in

Rhinebeck and walked to the fairgrounds. It was hot,packed and loud

but I got some new recordings and some images

that I'll combine into a another little movie

for your viewing pleasure.

That may take a few days since school starts on Tuesday.

I guess the summer is over

I've decided that it's time to clean the blog so I'm deleting some posts and moving others. No one said that everything has to stay. Sometimes a bit of house cleaning is a good thing.
